Archon in January 2017 embarked a new journey through the much awaited 'Leadership Trip'. The Leadership Trip took place across 4 states namely Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand. We conducted 6 events in 4 different cities i.e Meerut, Roorkee, Parwanoo, Chandigarh. The trip experienced a wide and varied demographics in the country to aware people about Soft skills and Personal development.

The main aim of this Leadership Trip was to inculcate leadership skills amongst a large demographics. Attendees came from varied backgrounds in terms of age, culture, work ethics, subjects of concern et cetera. People from various professions such as lawyers, writers, poets, government servants, MBAs were associated with the trip through our events of various genres to learn about soft skills and discuss enthralling social issues. Our team's objective was to make the students personally developed and to give them a better understanding on soft skills.Youth was the main focus in terms of awareness and inculcation of the idea of importance of soft skills.This objective was successfully achieved by the end of the trip.

Archon organised 6 different events amongst the 4 states during the course of Leadership trip which was categorised in our detailed modules of Public Speaking, Group Discussion, Lateral Thinking & Interpersonal Communication. This resulted in instilling creativity, problem solving skills & confidence in the attendees. Topics related to modern social issues such as Narcotics, Mental health, Male Chauvinism & Cyber Bullying were discussed extensively amongst the youth. Other topics related to environment, conservation & sustainable development were discussed with social and environmental activists in our other events across the country during the trip.

The 'Leadership Trip' being one of a kind across the country received coverage through media houses such as Dainik Jagran, Hindustan et cetera. Archon and it's team received appreciation by Gyan Bharti Institute of Technology, Meerut. Further, Archon was felicitated by The Green Care Society, a Meerut based NGO & Panjab University's online youth portal, 'PU Mirror' covered Archon's event in Panjab University and published words of appreciation in their online supplement.

A buzz for the awareness of soft skills & personal development amongst all walks of life as well as at all the nooks & corners of the country was successfully created by this Leadership Trip of Archon.
